Blue Cheese & Ranch Pasta Salad
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt pepper, to taste
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
- Combine pasta, celery, red bell pepper and carrots.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl until combined, and pour over pasta mixture.
- Chill in refrigerator or serve warm.
