In a small bowl, combine the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Goat Cheese, mayonnaise and BBQ seasoning and set the mixture aside.
Cook the bacon until crisp, drain and set aside.
Using a fork, prick the potatoes all over. Microwave them until they’re soft, 5–7 minutes. Cut them in half and scoop out the centers, leaving about a ½ inch of potato flesh in each half. Place one piece of butter into each potato skin half. Then, place them on a broiler pan and broil for 2 minutes. Brush the melted butter over all of the flesh and broil for 2 more minutes.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven and spread each potato with the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Goat Cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the bacon, return them to the oven and broil them for 2 more minutes.
Sprinkle the potato skins with the green onions and serve.
