Summer Sundried Tomato Dip


3.5 ounces (about 1 cup) Treasure Cave® Crumbled Goat Cheese, divided

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped

1 teaspoon Cholula hot sauce, or to taste

1 teaspoon ground pepper

2 green onions, sliced

Veggies, crackers, or potato chips


Remove 1 tablespoon Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese; set aside.

In the bowl of a food processor, place remaining Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, hot sauce, and pepper; mix well. Add onions and pulse 4 to 5 times. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with reserved tablespoon of Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese.
