Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces (1 1/4 cups) Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided  
  • 3/4 cup sour cream 
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

Directions

  1. Remove 1/4 cup of the Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese and set it aside. 
  2. Then, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate them until you’re ready to serve the dip.  
  3. When you’re ready to serve it, place the dip in a serving dish and top with the reserved Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese.
